I was pleased with Park's Škoda Hamilton and would recommend them because the car I wanted to buy was within my price range. The car I wanted to buy was well presented and generally clean. A couple of scuffs on the alloy wheels were repaired and the salesperson (Kieran) was friendly and not pushy. Explained everything clearly.
The staff at Park's Škoda Hamilton were good because of there knowledge and communications and helpfullness.
I would not recommend Park's Škoda Hamilton because when we arrived to collect our new car we discovered that Skoda Hamilton had forgotten we were coming. (date agreed in advance). The car was not clean and had no charge. we ended up spending some four hours before we could drive our car away. There was also a delay in getting the car road taxed as the paperwork was not initially in order. There was also a problem in connecting to the App. To date we have still not succeeded in that respect. We inquired about the possibility of having a tow bar fitted and salesman said he would get back to us on that subject. To date we have heard nothing. All in all it was an extremely disappointing experience, particularly as it is our local dealership and we anticipated using them regularly for servicing etc but our experience has drained us of all confidence in Skoda Hamilton......sadly.
